Before you is the eponymous adaptation of the cult novel by Mosyan Tunsyu. The prince has completely forgotten that he set out on his journey the day before the Festival of Hungry Spirits. On this night, a person risks wandering into the world of shadows and never returning home. Miraculously escaping from vengeful ghosts, Se Lian and Sanlan reach the village of Water Chestnuts, but they barely have time to rest and tidy up the shrine when a Taoist appears at their doorstep with a desperate plea for help. And so the heroes embark on a new dangerous adventure accompanied by two more volunteers — Nan Fen and Fu Yao.
