Agneta's life is finally settling down into a routine. The house is under reliable protection, things are going well, her beloved husband and children are by her side, yet our heroine cannot sit still. New 'fairy-tale' characters have appeared in... our story, along with new problems. Sometimes she encounters 'Koschei', sometimes she picks up an unlucky person from the ditch, sometimes she meets a grandmother-shaman with a bear totem, and the New Year itself is filled with magic. Despite all these changes, Agneta maintains her spirit and confidence in her actions. She will not let anyone be wronged, will protect everyone, and will give them a fight, without physical assault, of course. A new plot twist in the story of a complex city-village witch....
