Little Teddy Bear finds it very difficult to experience unpleasant feelings — anger, fear, sadness, disgust.
He doesn't know how to behave when he feels bad. Teddy Bear has hidden in the house, but it is dark and scary there because... an evil wizard has placed one of the unpleasant experiences right on the first floor.
Help Teddy Bear drive away the evil wizard. To do this, you need to talk about what scares or angers Teddy Bear, how he behaves in such cases, and what helps him cope with all of this. Explain what is happening to Teddy Bear, and you will earn stars for it. The one who collects the most stars will be able to turn on the light in the house and make it cozy and safe.By playing, you can teach the child to recognize and name their feelings, understand when and why they arise, talk about what they want to do in difficult situations, and how to cope with feelings.The game is intended for specialists (primarily psychologists and educators) and parents. The materials can be used as metaphorical cards in individual and group psychological work with preschool children, as well as in family work.
