Assertion of Truth

The Holy Roman Empire, 1397. Investigator Kurt Hesse of the Congregation is sent to a mountain alpine camp where the best fighters of the Inquisition are trained. Just another routine training session, of which there have already been dozens, and... nothing more. Miles away from the camp, at Karlstein Castle, the imperial residence, an agent of the Emperor arrives. Just a report on the successfully completed assignment given to him by the sovereign, and nothing more. Meanwhile, knights from all over the Empire are gathering in Prague to participate in a knightly tournament. Just a demonstration of martial prowess, a quest for glory and silver, nothing more. At least, that’s how it was supposed to be.
