Korean Language. A Self-Study Course for Beginners. Level 1

The proposed book is one of the best aids for learning the Korean language, created by Korean specialists, and is addressed to anyone wishing to study the Korean language independently. The edition in Russian has been prepared with the participation of... specialists from St. Petersburg State University.
The manual is aimed at beginners who already have an understanding of the Korean alphabet Hangul. The manual covers all aspects of the language and speech: each of the 13 sections of the book is dedicated to a specific conversational topic and contains a dialogue, new words and expressions, reading rules, grammatical material, text, practical exercises, as well as cultural commentary.
The authors of the manual employ an original methodological approach that allows the student to immerse themselves in the language environment and master conversational patterns of the Korean language. The recurring characters in the manual are foreigners studying the Korean language and a Korean woman - they engage in dialogues on various topics in an internet chat. 
The material of the manual can be used to prepare for various tests in the Korean language, such as the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK).
