When the rapidly growing Ork empire begins to pose a threat to the Eldar people, Jain Zar embarks on a journey to the artificial world of Ulthwe to warn its inhabitants of the emerging danger. However, the phoenix lord later learns that one of the seers of the starship world, Eldrad Ulthran, has opposed her plan to avert disaster.
