28 Days

Warsaw, 1942. Sixteen-year-old Mira smuggles food into the ghetto to help her mother and sister survive.  

She increasingly hears that the ghetto's population will soon be "deported" ― killed or sent east to labor camps. 
Mira desperately seeks a way to save her family and accidentally meets a group of people who are planning the unthinkable: a rebellion against the Germans.  

The Resistance fighters have almost no supplies or weapons, nor hope that allies will help them beyond the ghetto walls.  

But they will hold out for a full 28 days ― longer than anyone thought possible.
