Song of Troy

“The Song of Troy” is an interesting and vivid attempt to tell about the Trojan War from the point of view of its most diverse participants, from both sides of the conflict - Helen and Agamemnon, Odysseus and Patroclus, Hector and many other characters who, however, appear in the novel not heroes at all in the ancient sense of the word, but ordinary people, with their own strengths and weaknesses. So what did they think and feel, what did they love and hate, what did they hope for and what did they dream about - men and women who happened to become participants in the largest war and the most terrible tragedy of distant antiquity?
