A vividly illustrated book "I Open the Temple," with illustrations prepared by artist Yelizabeth Tsymbarevich, will tell about what a temple is, what a monastery is, what services and sacraments are. A separate section is devoted to the home of a Christian, where worship continues uninterrupted, even though it is intertwined with our everyday activities.
In the illustrations of the publication, one can find members of the cheerful Filofeyev family, who are parishioners of one temple. Each picture shows several moments of the service simultaneously, to illustrate how all actions that take place in the temple look and what they are called.
At the end of each section, readers will find engaging tasks to reinforce what they have read. The book will be an excellent educational tool for both children and adults who are taking their first steps in the temple.
