The Development of Language

Language is humanity's greatest invention, yet no one has ever invented it. This paradox underlies our interest in language, and it is also associated with many of its mysteries. Who actually created such a complex and multilayered system as language?... Can the origin of its structure be traced? Or does it have a divine origin and was bestowed upon Adam in a ready-made form? How does language determine a person's lifestyle and the fate of a nation? Why do some languages change significantly over time while others remain virtually unchanged? What role do metaphors play in the formation of linguistic structures? What is the essence of such a vast phenomenon as the difference in word order in different languages?
