For What Soviet People Fought

This was a war of destruction and enslavement of millions of Soviet citizens - Russians and Jews, Belarusians and Ukrainians. Exhausting labor, violence, hunger, camps, villages burned together with their inhabitants, endless ditches filled with the bodies of those shot. The occupiers spared neither infants, nor women, nor the elderly. This was not a coincidence, nor was it madness and a thirst for blood; it was a premeditated system of extermination and enslavement of the peoples of our country.
