Stereo pictures. Album for vision training

“Album for vision training” was created and developed with the support of leading ophthalmologists specifically for preventive support and vision restoration.

- The stereo image is placed at a distance of 20 cm from the face. We bring it closer as slowly as possible so that the eye cannot focus on one thing and the image becomes blurred. Having approached closely, without taking your eyes off the picture, you should slowly and smoothly move away, maintaining defocus.
- Place the stereo image at a distance of 10cm. on behalf of. Focus your gaze on the picture, then relax your eye muscles, as if looking through a stereogram.
