Loner

The debut novel by Margarita Ronzhina "Loner" intricately leads through five emotions — stages of experiencing grief. The main character, Sasha, finds herself in a hospital with a newborn boy and feels that something is wrong with him. She is left alone and tries to balance between her desires and the terrifying realization that things will never be the same as before. Sasha faces a long journey of accepting herself in her new status, her child who will never be "normal," learning to build relationships and letting them go without panic, and also — to be happy not in spite of her life, but because of it.
