The Story of His Servant

The second novel of Edward Limonov's "New York Trilogy" is a new challenge that the writer throws to society. His hero – the world-famous Edichka – works as a butler and chef in the house of a wealthy American. And while the master is not watching, he takes everything from life: brings women to his house, rummages through his things, and drinks his wine. This is a rebellion of a poor immigrant against the luxurious and soulless life of the high society.
