Every day we are faced with dozens of problems, most of which we simply do not notice: we solved them once and in repeated situations we act according to the template. We really start to think when we are faced with a problem that does not have a clear solution. Situations like this unsettle us.
They say that the right task is half the success. In fact, a correctly formulated problem is a large part of the solution, and often the solution itself.
There are technologies and tools that help formulate the right questions and set the task correctly. These tools are known by the acronym TRIZ (technology for solving inventive problems), but TRIZ was developed for the technical sphere, not for the social one.
In this book, the author will introduce you not only to the basic concepts of TRIZ, but also to his own tools and developments that allow solving non-technical problems of the inventive level even for people far from inventive activities.
