Alevtina and Ksenia are neighbors on the landing. One has two sons, and the other has two daughters. They are united by one goal: to ensure the happiness of their own children. Not just any how, but in a beneficial... way, as Alevtina needs a compliant daughter-in-law, while Ksenia seeks a reliable son-in-law. So they decided to introduce their children, hoping that something good might come of it. However, the children, as it turned out, do not need their help and are building their own relationships.
