Kelsi's cherished dream is to write a novel. But imagination won't pay the bills or save the lovely bookstore from online competition and pressure from the hotel developer who is determined to buy up all the properties on their street.... One day, in the twilight, the vacant lot overgrown with weeds next to her store begins to shimmer with an alluring light, and Kelsi, stepping into the unknown, finds herself at a mysterious party in the Garden with enigmatic guests. Here she meets amazing people, and perhaps it is here that she will find the key to saving the bookstore, as well as the support of like-minded individuals. Or is it just her fantasy? Meanwhile, the day approaches when the city will take her property to sell to the developer.
