A long time ago, the Black Sun rose in the sky and poisoned human blood. If there is a vice in the soul: malice, resentment, greed or thirst for power, – a thin line separates you from the Accursed. You... will be reborn as a forest spirit, werewolf, or water sprite – and you won’t be able to return. Only the Wanderer, the messenger of the One Church, can protect you in a moment of terror from evil.

His face is hidden, and his eyes burn scarlet in the dark. He is of one blood with those he vowed to kill, standing as a wall between humans and the unclean. But where is the line that separates the monster from the human? And how to survive in a world where at any moment anyone can turn into an Accursed one?
