Hedonis is a world blessed by the gods, where a person's status depends on how happy they are. The Hedonites believe that soon their world will become a utopia, but an old legend comes true – a person appears who... is capable of destroying the established system. Honda, a young protégé of the gods, must find and eliminate him before a catastrophe occurs. Eight people, strangely connected to each other, come under suspicion: a charming politician, a brilliant scientist, an elderly philosopher, a seeker of secrets, a girl with a perfect memory, a daredevil policeman, a clairvoyant, a robot creator. They are all endowed with unique abilities and keep their secrets. Each of them could be part of the legend and restore an almost perfect world in the age of wars.
