Konstantin Mikhailovich Simonov — poet, writer, playwright, journalist, war correspondent, editor, "general of literature", who managed to publish not only his works but also others'. M. The Great Patriotic War remained his main theme for many years. Simonov was one of the first to go to the front as a correspondent, and then as a participant in military events, reaching Berlin. Everything he saw, he described both in prose and in poetry.
