In the depths of the jungles of a mysterious island lie relics, asleep beneath the veil of ages. Extracting them from the bowels of this land is a task not for the faint of heart. On the southern shores of... this land live adventurers, fearless explorers, who are willing to embark on a journey for the glint of coins to find forgotten treasures. And they will be more than happy to help you!
If you have no gold to hire these adventurers, do not despair. Explore the mysterious corners of the island, and you will surely find coins lost by previous seekers of adventure. Equip your expedition, move north, and uncover the secret of the ancient relic. But be careful: you are not alone in this search. Other seekers also want to seize the treasure. Time is running out! Start your adventure before the relic falls into the wrong hands...
"Relic Hunters" is an engaging deck-building game with vivid illustrations. You will use your decks to move pieces across the island, represented by terrain tokens. You can explore a token by flipping it over. There you will find one of three: a treasure (a reward with no cost), a research point (additional cards are needed to gain the reward), or one of the relics (the key to your victory). However, remember that the resources of any expedition are not unlimited: you always have the option to return to camp to refresh and upgrade your deck.
The game ends when one of the players first finds 2 relics on the 3rd level fields.
