Great Expectations

Charles Dickens is a classic English author, recognized worldwide. His works have been translated into many languages, are constantly republished, and often adapted into films. The novel "Great Expectations" is one of the author's last works. It tells the story... of a young man named Philip Pirrip, who was nicknamed Pip in his childhood. While still a simple boy, he falls in love with the beautiful Estella, but she only plays with him. Suddenly, someone wishing to remain anonymous donates a large sum for Pip's support. Will he be able to become a true gentleman and win the heart of his beloved? And most importantly, will his great expectations be shattered when he learns who his benefactor is?
