In the Moscow region, it's hot with gangster showdowns. Several gangs are trying to prove their superiority to each other and divide spheres of influence. The Organized Crime Department, led by Captain Stepan Kruchy, is making every effort to resist crime. But the thugs are getting bolder by the day.
