A year has passed since Penny started working at Mr. Talerhut's "Dream Store," where you can find dreams to suit every taste: become an orca in the Pacific Ocean, relive your first date, or eat delicious and healthy food! People... continue to embark on a journey to a mysterious city for the best plots during their rest, but not all regular customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Penny dreams of having as many happy customers as possible and desperately wants to win back disappointed clients for the "Dream Store." The resourceful employee is set to get acquainted with the Business District, where dreams are created, as well as visit the Complaints Bureau. One of the complaints, the most complex, third level, sounds truly mysterious: "Why do you want to take my dreams away?"
