Who is he - Moon Knight or just a psycho?

Marc Spector - also known as Moon Knight/Jake Lockley/Steven Grant - has fought crime and defended New York for many years... or has he? When Marc wakes up in a psychiatric... hospital, powerless and with a thick medical file, all his personalities come into question. He is surrounded by unfamiliar faces: a haughty doctor, hostile orderlies, patients with vacant stares.

But perhaps all these faces are just masks. Some hide friends, while others hide enemies. Or worse - gods and monsters! Marc will have to fight his way out of there. Will his patron come to his aid this time? The moon is already high, the mask is on, but if he manages to escape, will he find anything other than a desert city?
