Who is he - Moon Knight or just a psycho?

Marc Spector - also known as Moon Knight/Jake Lockley/Steven Grant - has fought crime and has stood guard over New York for many years... or has he? When Marc wakes up... in a psychiatric hospital, powerless and with a thick medical file, all his identities are called into question. He is surrounded by unfamiliar faces: an arrogant doctor, hostile orderlies, patients with vacant stares.

But perhaps all these faces are just masks. Behind some are friends, behind others - enemies. Or worse - gods and monsters! Marc will have to fight his way out of there. Will his protector come to help this time? The moon is already high, the mask is on, but if he manages to escape, will he find anything other than a sandy city?
