Hoolicomics began with weekly strips. Initially, they were released irregularly as an experiment. Then, when enough had accumulated, we came up with a voting system: first, we select the best strip from three, then from nine, and in the final,... the three best from 27 meet. Why 27? Because 27 is divisible by three and nine, and there are almost 27 weeks in half a year. From the two finals, we get a super final, and from it, the best issue of the year.
