Ludmila Gurchenko 1935–2011 — People's Artist of the USSR, pop singer, was and remains beloved by the audience. Fiery, emotional, bright, charismatic, unique in her own way, different in each of her roles, she forever captivated not only the audience but also her partners. Among them are Oleg Basilashvili, Yuri Nikulin, Sergey Yursky, Nikita Mikhalkov, Oleg Tabakov, Nina Doroshina... Of course, she was also lucky with directors — Eldar Ryazanov, Vladimir Menshov, Konstantin Voynov, Andrei Konchalovsky, Kira Muratova, and others. They all offered roles in which Gurchenko's talent revealed itself in extraordinary and multifaceted ways.
