Aristotle 384–322 BC – one of the greatest thinkers of Antiquity, a student of Plato and the tutor of Alexander the Great, founder of the Peripatetic school, the originator of formal logic, a scientist-naturalist who had a significant influence on... the development of Western European philosophy and science. Aristotle's work became a model for the scientific development of philosophy and forecasting its development. Metaphysics is the pinnacle of the development of ancient critical thought and a model of philosophical generalizations. It is one of Aristotle's main works that is included in the golden fund of world philosophical thought, and for many centuries entire generations of Europeans learned wisdom from it.
