For centuries, a mysterious organization known as the «Hand» has held the criminal underworld by the throat. Like an octopus, it controlled organized crime, using mystically enhanced minions to cross international borders.
Recently, the «Hand» began searching for a new leader.... Matt Murdock, a blind lawyer from Hell's Kitchen, also known as Daredevil, turned out to be the most desirable candidate. Although Murdock had previously fought the ninja clan and generally did not wish to take on this role, the hero's skills and resilience attracted the attention of the «Hand». Matt rejected their offer, and the organization turned to another candidate: Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin of the crime world.
Murdock knew that a psychopath like Fisk should not be given control of the clan - the consequences could be catastrophic. He agreed to become the head of the «Hand», hoping to change it from within...
