Eddie and Lila were walking home from school when they suddenly heard a quiet, plaintive squeak… A tiny kitten was in trouble! The friends rescued the little one and brought her to Eddie's home. But it turns out that's only half the battle! How to care for the tiny creature, who still needs the warmth and milk of her mother-cat? Luckily, Eddie's parents are veterinarians and know all about it! The girl will have to learn all the tricks of caring for kittens… and along the way find out if other little ones need help too.
