The book from the Young Readers Club series is part of a cycle of educational fairy tales that reveal to a child the diversity and beauty of the surrounding world. The restless Droplet meets a nighttime hunter named Big Ears,... and together they embark on a journey through a huge cave. There, Droplet learns about the life of underground inhabitants and meets spelunkers - cave explorers. Together with new friends, Droplet rises to the surface, reading along the way directly on the walls of the cave an interesting and even somewhat scary story from the life of primitive people. The book is intended to develop reading skills in English for 5th grade students of general education schools. It contains an English-Russian dictionary of words and expressions that may cause difficulties when reading, as well as a list of irregular verbs forms.
