Fundamentals of Audiology and Hearing Aids

Issues faced by people with hearing impairments are discussed, along with solutions to these problems using modern hearing aids, cochlear and brainstem auditory implants, FM systems.

The book is intended for surdopedagogues, otolaryngologists, audiologists, medical students, and students of defectology faculties, as well as other specialists involved in the diagnosis of hearing disorders and the rehabilitation of adults and children with hearing impairments. The monograph is the second edition of a book previously published under the title «Introduction to Audiology and Hearing Aids». This edition contains significant corrections and additions.
