Fans of the animated universe know that no twists in the plot should be surprising.
And now – Ricks from different dimensions are dying one after another, and Rick has been accused of crimes against humanity of rickkind.
Rick and his copies from other...
dimensions will have to act together to overthrow the Council of Ricks.
Only this way can they uncover the essence of rickocide and attempt to more or less restore everything to its original state, if that phrase can even be applied, knowing Rick and Morty.
About the game:
Players start only with their waves of genius, but during the game they will receive new, more powerful cards for their deck. The goal of each player is to defeat as many members of the Council of Ricks (and, of course, Evil Rick!) as possible.
How to play?
After deciding which version of Rick each participant will play as, having received a starting deck of seven cards, laying out the main deck, the piles of cards, and the flea market on the table, the game can begin.
On their turn, each player plays cards from their hand while purchasing cards from different piles – all to improve their deck. You can buy any number of available cards, provided their total cost is less than or equal to the amount of power available to the player in this turn. When playing cards, you must immediately apply the effects written on them.
After all manipulations, the player declares the end of their turn, after which all cards gained and purchased are sent to the discard pile, not forgetting to apply "end of turn" effects. Any unused power in this turn, sadly, unfortunately, burns out. Nothing can be done. Players draw the required number of cards from their deck, replenish the flea market, reveal and read the top card from the Council of Ricks if it is face-down, and pass the turn to the next player. Nothing complicated.
Who won?
When the moment in the game arrives when Evil Rick is defeated, or there are not enough cards in the main deck to replenish the flea market, players can start determining the winner. Players count victory points located in the lower left corner of the cards in their deck, taking into account the effects of "Morty Waves". The player with the most points wins. If there is a tie, the winner is the player who has collected the most cards from the Council of Ricks (including the Evil Rick card). If there is still a tie after that, the winner is the Rick with the most cards in their own deck. That’s it; in and out, an adventure for 20 minutes to half an hour.
