They say that strange things happen in Seoul on the waning moon... Especially during a storm. Modest student So Minna works part-time as a waitress at the Blue Dragon diner. One rainy day, her quiet life is interrupted by a... charming but very uncooperative guest, whom she spills hot coffee on. If only she knew that meeting the dragon brings not only luck... First, there are tickets found near the diner to meet one of the popular idols.
