New Serfs. Neo-Feudalism and Modern Slavery.

The ruling elites are incapable of independently forming anything constructive; they cannot build and create anything truly valuable, but they know how to take and divide what has been created by others. This is precisely why the current rulers need... new serfs, who will submissively obey and serve the new aristocracy and consider it the highest happiness.
Post-industrial society with its high technological level of development has given the elites qualitatively new opportunities to build neo-feudalism. They use beautiful but deceptive formulations like "The Fourth Industrial Revolution" or "The New Normal," with which they promise to lead the population to a bright future. However, if we remove this beautiful wrapping, the reality turns out to be much darker in its consequences than traditional serfdom, which already looks like a true outbreak of freedom.
