Thornhill: A Graphic Novel.

 

Two plots, two fates intertwine in a gothic novel that captivates, tingles the nerves, and excites the imagination. Mary is an orphan and the most miserable girl in Thornhill Orphanage. She is different from others; she has her own world,... her best friends are dolls, and it seems she will endlessly and without complaint endure the taunts of her classmates. But the day comes when she decides to challenge her tormentors, the gloomy Thornhill, and the whole world that is so cruel to her. Years later, Ella arrives in the same town. From her window, she has a beautiful view of the half-destroyed, abandoned Thornhill orphanage, where she sees a girl in the window. Deciding to befriend the girl and feeling a mysterious connection with her, Ella finds herself drawn into Thornhill's dark past.
