«Life cards» represent an associative set of pictures in the style of magazine comics, united by a common hero.
Includes:
• 31 cards with various plots from the main areas of human activity, accepted for consideration in coaching as basic: work, calling, relationships, finances, environment, health, spirituality, emotions, self-improvement, brightness of life;
• 31 card – text speech bubbles, cards with images of comic clouds, used to illustrate the speech or thoughts of a character, which display Eastern wisdoms that carry advice regarding various strategies for behavior in life situations;
• 12 cards depicting various emotions on the face of the main hero;
• an instruction.
The presented set was created within the framework of positive psychology: here you will not find plots and words that can be interpreted as distinctly negative or depressive. Each image is designed not only to support but also to help work through relationships with oneself, with a loved one, with children or colleagues, with relatives, to get an unexpected answer to the question: «What do I lack for happiness?», to learn how to use all one’s resources for proper and harmonious planning within basic life spheres, to learn how to set priorities, build one’s reality.
«Life cards» go well with various resource decks.
The set is designed for coaching and self-coaching work. It is suitable for working with adults and can also be used in working with children (in particular, within the framework of fairy tale therapy).
