When Natasha Treya turned 10, she decided to stop writing poetry. Life is unfair, poetry is of no use to anyone, — that was roughly how the future author thought. The decision to stop writing was firm, irreversible, and short-lived.... Immediately after finishing school, the desire to sing and compose songs would lead Natasha to move from Minsk to Moscow and bring her to the music studio of Vladimir Osinsky, located in the basement of a house next to the Butyrka prison. There, Treya initially just slept on a small sofa, and then she began offering her lyrics to the stars of the Russian pop scene. Now Natasha Treya's music is featured in the series of Valeria Gai Germanika, and songs based on her lyrics are performed by famous artists such as Alla Pugacheva, Grigory Leps, and many others. With All Parts of the Body is more than just an illustrated collection of poems. It is a symbiosis of the creativity of artists: the poems have received a visual interpretation. Treya's verses are piercingly candid, just as the subtly harmonious photographs of the naked body created by Moscow photographer Ekaterina Samofeeva complement the text. Undoubtedly, the poems from this book will remain in the history of Russian poetry and deserve the closest attention.
