Summer is a Small Life

Oleg Mitiayev is well-known to the public as a singing poet, a heir to the tradition of author’s song. His words are addressed to everyone — he responds to the impressions of the day, sings about everyday life and holidays, about unpretentious or fateful love, about bright sadness, about the joy of meetings and the bitterness of partings, about friendship and unexpected turns of fate — and he does it virtuously, his poetry invariably touches the souls of listeners and readers, as these are mini-stories about us and for us.
