In the air, there is emptiness, boredom, disappointment. The characters of the novel are restless souls, sometimes unaware of the reasons for their anxiety. Dissatisfaction, cooling of feelings, search for thrills, and disappointment again - what is this? Overindulgence or internal conflict?
