But behind the beautiful facade lies tragedy. The atmosphere is filled with emptiness, boredom, and disappointment. The characters of the novel are restless souls, sometimes unaware of the causes of their anxiety. Dissatisfaction, cooling feelings, search for thrills, and then disappointment again - what is it? Overindulgence or internal conflict?
