Board Game - The Word is Not a Sparrow

"The Word is Not a Sparrow" - a board game where stories are created, characters come to life, and phrases are brought to life. Several rule variations will allow for an interesting version for both children and adults.

You can all together create an endless story, training your memory, you can tell a story using random cards, testing your resourcefulness, and you can recall famous expressions, bringing pictures to life.

In a convenient compact box with the board game you will find 60 pictures depicting objects, actions, and characters.

The game is suitable for groups of any age from 2 to 6 participants.

How to play:

- "Endless Story" (5+): players together create a single story, tale, or fable, trying not to forget a single word in the process.
The first player chooses one of their cards and places it in the middle of the table, starting the tale. The next players must repeat the beginning of the story and lay down their card, adding a new twist to the plot. With each turn, the story becomes longer and the task for players becomes more complicated.

- "Impromptu" (5+): players come up with fun stories based on the cards prepared for them by their opponents! What unexpected plot twists await the participants!
The first storyteller lays down one of their cards on the table and starts the story. Then the other players lay down two of their cards next to it. The storyteller continues the story, connecting all the pictures into a single plot.

- "Famous Expressions" (8+): participants race to recall various famous expressions using the illustrations on the cards.
9 cards are laid out on the table. All players simultaneously try to find illustrations that represent any well-known famous expression. The more illustrations a player can combine into one phrase, the more cards that player will take for themselves.
