Golem — the first novel by Meyrink, which had incredible success and brought the author worldwide fame. A work in which images first appeared and themes were reflected that would accompany Meyrink throughout his life — the image of moonlight and the mysterious wall at the last lantern, themes of dreams, visions, and duality.
