Each player acts as a treasure hunter. You have come into possession of real pirate maps that precisely indicate the location of hidden treasures in great detail.
The game takes place over four rounds. Each round consists...
of seven turns.
Reveal the expedition card. The first player reveals the top card from the expedition deck and places it next to the deck so that everyone can see it. Each expedition card features a polyomino shape (like in Tetris)
Cross out the squares. Each player simultaneously crosses out squares on their treasure map according to the shape shown on the revealed expedition card. The shape can be mirrored and rotated by 90 or 180 degrees, but cannot be altered in any other way or used incompletely. Squares cannot be crossed out again.
Earn points for coin rows and treasure maps! Anyone who filled a coin row on their scoring map and/or crossed out all squares on their treasure map in the previous step loudly and clearly announces it. Then, each player, starting with the first and proceeding clockwise, earns points for their coin rows, as well as receives new cards in exchange for filled ones.
The rest is just details!
