"Ticket to Ride: Amsterdam" – is a dynamic and compact board game from a series loved by many, where you find yourself in the heart of the Netherlands during the trading boom of the 17th century! As always, your goal... is to lay routes, hunt for profitable contracts, and consequently acquire valuable goods, filling your warehouses with treasures from around the world. The game combines pleasant strategy and ease of understanding, as it takes just a few minutes to grasp the rules! Because of this, "Amsterdam" will be interesting for both newcomers and experienced players, and it will suit both friendly matches and family evenings perfectly. At the beginning of the game, each player receives a set of 16 plastic carriages, contract cards, and transportation cards. On their turn, a player can choose one of three actions: take transportation cards, traverse a trade route, or take new contracts.
Transportation cards correspond to the colors of the routes on the Amsterdam map. To traverse a route, you must discard the required number of cards of one color and occupy it with your carriages. Jokers can replace cards of any color. Some gray routes allow for any uniform color. Each traversed route earns victory points based on its length.
If a route contains a carriage symbol, the player additionally receives one goods card. These cards bring bonus points at the end of the game – the more you have, the higher your chances of earning a prize in this category.
 
Contracts indicate pairs of locations that must be connected by a continuous chain of your own carriages. Completing a contract earns points, while failing to complete one deducts points. Players can acquire new contracts during the game, but they cannot refuse them once taken.
The game ends when someone has 2 or fewer carriages left. Everyone takes one final turn, after which final scoring begins.

The player with the highest score from built routes, completed contracts, and collected goods wins. In case of a tie, the one who completed more contracts wins.
