Gradually, the poor fellow learns all the horrors of life on the streets. But Tolik does not... resign himself to this fate; he decides to understand how he can change his destiny and what can be done when you are poor. Turtle Tolik becomes a researcher of poverty. He travels from country to country, from continent to continent, talks to the poor, and keeps a diary.

It turns out that poverty is different in different countries, and the reasons for its occurrence vary. But poverty exists everywhere. And one of the available means of protection for everyone – financial literacy – works the same everywhere.
