Batman. Ego

Batman lives in a world of violence, and violence is the driving force of his motives. He is ready to restore justice at any cost. The confidence in the correctness of this method cracks after one of the Joker's henchmen kills himself in front of the Dark Knight. The hero, who knows no fear or doubt, falls into depression and voluntarily confines himself in the Batcave. He will not leave it until he understands himself and realizes what truly drives him, what governs his ‘self’ — fear or the desire to protect, thirst for revenge or the pursuit of justice?
