Musical Weeble

A weeble is a traditional toy for toddlers who have learned to sit. The weeble is good because it is a self-teaching toy: the child does not need adult help to play with it. You can rock it in all directions, and it will never fall over. When rocked, the toy emits a pleasant ringing of a bell.
