What a foolish thought, because we all love fairy tales - scary or funny, about good or evil, heroes or princesses, strange creatures or wizards! It doesn’t matter what the fairy tale is about, what matters is that it transports us to a distant and beautiful world of fantasies. Remember how long ago you read fairy tales? Someone may have even tried to create their own. And now you finally have the chance to try your hand at this and become a true author of magical stories! You will be able to immerse yourself in the colorful fairy-tale worlds that will come from your own pen! Create your own story, choose plot twists, lead your heroes through your own intricate plot tunnels, and write the best fairy tale! "Scary Tales" is an exciting game for the whole family, which is a fairy tale constructor based on the properties of cards. The player's task is to use one of their cards as effectively as possible to gain more bonuses. Each card has its own properties and a fairy-tale illustration of an event, item, or character; thus, you will be progressing through the plot of each story. Do not forget that not all stories can boast a happy ending… The local enchanted forests and paths are teeming with various dangerous creatures; who will you encounter this time, a witch or an ogre? No one knows. However, you can try to lead the heroes to victory - choose loyal helpers for them, use magical artifacts and other cards in a timely manner. Because it only depends on you how your tale will end.

 "Scary Tales. The Little Mermaid and Cinderella" is a set of two full expansions for the base game. By adding these cards to the main set, you can significantly expand your gaming possibilities and the variability of fairy-tale narratives. Thus, you will increase the duration of the game, but if desired, you can reduce the total number of cards to avoid prolonging the game. The set offers many new character cards, plot cards, item cards, and new mechanics with separate decks. The "The Little Mermaid and Cinderella" expansion adds new appealing heroines to the main version of the game. The Little Mermaid, of course, dreams of getting human legs instead of a fish tail and winning the heart of a beautiful prince. To do this, she needs to make a deal with the sea witch, but whether everything will go smoothly is unknown. Cinderella dreams of a ball at the royal palace and a subsequent meeting with the prince, but one must not forget about the harmful sisters and the wicked stepmother. At the beginning of the game, each player receives three game cards. The turn passes from player to player in a clockwise direction and consists of three phases: The player draws one card from the deck of cards. The player may choose to use one magical item provided by the plot card. The player must play one card from their hand, integrating it as much as possible with the cards already in play.

Symbols on the card will determine the card's placement on the table (in front of the player, in the discard pile, or in the shared zone), as well as trigger effects and the number of victory points. The game ends when the deck of cards and the hand of one of the players is empty. After that, players reveal the victory point tokens they have received and tally the total. The player with the most victory points is declared the winner. Components: 26 cards and 25 tokens from the "Cinderella" expansion, 46 cards from the "The Little Mermaid" expansion, game rules.
