Sergey Poshnagov, neither good nor bad, is a very ordinary middle-aged man, like many others. He was destined to die from a treacherous disease, but instead, he received a very long life. Many things happened in his new life. He became an aquanaut on a planet entirely covered with a mighty ocean. He engaged in trade and smuggling, chased criminals in space and on a backward planet. He became the owner of an intergalactic ship with quite bright prospects… Only the enigmatic Russian soul, dreaming of sunshine, sand, and palm trees, then yearning for frosts, snow, and birches, does not allow him peace even among the stars.
